Hurley Boardshorts
Hurley was developed in 1979 by Bob Hurley in Costa Mesa, California USA initially manufacturing surfboards. In 1982 Bob Hurley and his partners were attracted to the new long style of boardshorts which were becoming popular with surfers and were also being worn as a fashionable item of clothing. Hurley acquired the US license for Billabong and in 1998 after 16 successful years a change in direction saw the birth of "Hurley Int" since that time the company has gone from strength to strength and enjoy a large share of the sportswear market.
